My deep appreciation for nourishment, quality, and the origins of what we eat was shaped by my early connection to whole foods, a thriving garden, seasonal produce, and the grounding rituals of my mother’s cooking and gardening, alongside my father’s love for growing fruit trees. I continue to cultivate this connection by maintaining my own garden and integrating these principles into the way I live and work.

As a qualified Nutritional Medicine Practitioner, Massage Therapist, and Yoga Teacher, I bring a clinically grounded yet holistic understanding of the body to my practice. I take a personalised, evidence-informed approach to health, recognising that each individual’s physiology and life stage shape their unique needs. My areas of focus include women’s life transitions (perimenopause, menopause, and post‑menopause), nervous system regulation, digestive health, hormone balance, immune support, weight management, and sleep optimisation. In the context of integrated health, my work centres on enhancing the body’s repair processes, modulating inflammation, and improving nervous system efficiency to support long‑term functional health.

Outside the clinic, I’m mostly in nature, gardening, cooking, spending time with animals, travelling, and connecting with family and friends. These experiences continue to shape my philosophy and the way I support clients in building resilient, balanced, and sustainable health.
