Eloise’s journey into chiropractic began with her own story. As a Structural Engineer and lifelong lover of movement, she spent years battling persistent knee pain that stopped her running more than 5km at a time. After countless appointments with physios, sports scientists and even a knee surgeon, it was a chiropractor who finally changed everything. For the first time, someone looked beyond her knee and assessed her body as a whole—discovering a rotated pelvis that had been the underlying cause. Following a focused chiropractic care plan, Eloise not only became pain-free but went on to run her first half marathon.

That experience ignited a passion in her to move from engineering into a more holistic, natural profession where she could create meaningful, lasting change in people’s lives. Originally from Trinidad & Tobago, Eloise has lived and studied in the UK and Spain, and spent years in Vietnam, China and Australia, giving her a broad, culturally rich perspective and a genuine ability to connect with people from all walks of life. With a history in gymnastics, sailing, dancing, tennis and capoeira — and now juggling family life with two energetic boys — she understands the physical demands placed on growing bodies, busy parents and active adults alike.

Married with two energetic boys, she also appreciates the physical stresses of busy family life. Eloise loves caring for people of all ages and stages, from growing children to active adults and those simply wanting to move and feel better. Bringing warmth, vibrancy and genuine passion for chiropractic to every consultation, she is dedicated to helping her patients express their full potential and live life to the fullest.
